Program Overview

Process Flow

1. Rough crushing stage

   • Jaw crusher is used for preliminary crushing to process the raw material to a smaller particle size.

2. Medium and fine crushing stage

   • Cone crusher or impact crusher is used for medium and fine crushing to prepare for subsequent grinding.

3. Fine Grinding

   • Vertical mills or ball mills are used for dry grinding to control the fineness of the product.

4. Fine Classification

   • Adopt high efficiency turbine classifier to precisely separate the target particle size products.

   • Support multi-stage tandem grading to realize narrow particle size distribution.

5. Finished product collection

   • Separation of gas and solid is realized by cyclone collector and bag filter.

   • Ensure product yield and clean workshop environment.

6. Automation control
