System Overview
This acid washing and purification production line system is designed for treating the oxide skin on the surface of silica ore and removing iron in depth from 26-150 mesh silica sand, feldspar and other particles. The system takes the corrosion-resistant reactor as the core, realizes the whole process of feeding, acid reaction, cleaning and discharging through automatic control, and aims to improve the chemical purity and whiteness of the materials efficiently.
Process Introduction
The raw ore is sent to the feeding port on the top of the closed acid washing reactor through the belt conveyor. The reactor is made of special acid- and heat-resistant materials and contains a pre-heated customized acid solution. After the material is fully reacted with the acid in the kettle, the acid is discharged to a special recycling tank for temporary storage; fresh water is then injected into the kettle to soak and rinse the material. Finally, the clean silica sand which has been washed and deacidified is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the kettle, and can be directly transported to the finished product area for stockpiling.

Acid formulation: The chemical basis for efficient purification is the use of targeted, environmentally friendly pharmaceutical formulations.
Reaction Temperature: Stable reaction temperature is the key condition to ensure uniform reaction rate and effect.
Deacidification: Adequate and thorough deacidification and cleaning is the final link to ensure that the finished product has no residue and stable quality.
Equipment system features
Corrosion resistance and durability: The one-time molded PE tank or thickened PPH tank is used as the main equipment, which has both excellent heat preservation and corrosion resistance, and the equipment has a long service life.
Constant Temperature Reaction: The system controls the reaction temperature at a stable 65°C, ensuring that the pickling effect is not affected by seasonal changes in the external environment and that the results are stable and reliable.
Integrated design: The whole process of reaction, acid return and cleaning is completed in a single reaction tank, which is a compact process and greatly saves equipment investment and site occupation compared with the traditional open pickling tank.
High-efficiency mixing: Adopting aerodynamic tumbling technology, the material and acid liquid fully contact, the reaction efficiency and uniformity far exceeds the traditional static immersion method.
Environmentally friendly formula: Optimized weak acid agent formula, in order to achieve the effect of strong acid treatment at the same time, greatly reducing the operational risk and environmental burden.
Automated operation: high degree of automation of the acid withdrawal and cleaning process, reducing manual intervention, to ensure operational safety and process consistency.
Closed-loop environmental protection: realize the internal recycling of acid and washing water, realize zero wastewater discharge, in full compliance with the strict requirements of modern environmental protection production.
